Where the portfolio is ahead of the build

The audit flagged 3 projects whose public page presents them as further along than the vault can evidence — in the audit's words, cases where the portfolio URL is aspirational or the vault shows idea-stage with no code.

Publishing this is a choice. A project list that only shows the flattering rows is the thing every other project list already is, and this site spends its whole length arguing that unverified claims should be labelled rather than quietly presented. That has to apply here or it applies nowhere.
